Salon Policies

Cancel + Rescheduling Procedure

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Failure to provide proper notice will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled services, which must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

No-Show Policy

No call/no shows will not be tolerated. The first offense will incur a 100% charge for the missed appointment, and a deposit will be required before any future bookings. A second no call/no show will result in permanent termination of the guest–stylist relationship.

New Guests 

A consultation before any chemical service is strongly recommended to ensure the correct appointment time is scheduled. Consultations are complimentary and allow us to discuss your hair goals, lifestyle, maintenance, cost, and any questions you may have.

To prepare:

  • Photos: Bring several to show what you like and dislike.

  • Hair history: Be ready to share at least 3–5 years of hair history, including previous services, medications, surgeries, and home care.

Returning Guests

Lock in your next appointment before you leave to secure your spot! Planning a bold change? Reach out first so we can schedule the perfect service and give your hair the time it deserves to achieve your dream look. Don’t wait—your hair goals deserve it!

Sick Policy

For the safety of other guests, staff, and my child at home, any guest who is sick—or has recently been exposed to illness—will be refused service. Appointments can be rescheduled once it is safe to attend. No exceptions will be made.

Refund policy

My goal is for every guest to leave happy with their service and experience. If you are unsatisfied, contact me within 5 business days. While refunds are not offered, I will make adjustments within the original hair goal during this time. Adjustments will not be provided for a “change of mind.”
