Cancel + Rescheduling Procedure
A 24 hour notice is required for rescheduling or canceling your appointment. If a notice isn't provided, a fee of 50% of services scheduled will be required before another appointment can be made.
No-Show Policy
The first time you no call/no show, you will be automatically marked as a no show + 100% fee of the appointment missed as well as a deposit will be required before my books will be reopened for your services. Second no call/no show the guest/stylist relationship will be terminated.
New Guests
A consultation prior to any chemical service is highly encouraged. This helps ensure we book the correct amount of time for your appointment. This is a complementary appointment where we will discuss your hair goals, lifestyle, maintenance, cost, + to answer any questions you may have.

How to prepare for a consultation: Pictures + LOTS of them! They are super helpful for me to see what you like + dislike it.

Hair history -- be ready to give me at least a 3 - 5 year history on your hair, medications, surgeries, home care, etc.
Returning Guests
It is always best to re-book your next visit before you leave to ensure an appointment. If you're wanting a big change, please message or call me first so that I can help you book the correct service. I want you to get to your hair goals, but will need the time to do so.
Sick Policy
It is important that I keep a clean + healthy environment. It is extremely important that I stay healthy not only for my other guests + co workers, but I also have an infant at home as well. Please refrain from visiting if you or anyone in your home is or has recently been sick. I will refuse services to any guest showing signs of sickness. I will be glad to reschedule your appointment at a later time.
Refund policy
My goal is to always ensure that each guest leaves happy with their service(s) and experience in the salon. If you are unhappy with anything pertaining to your appointment, please reach out within 5 business days of your visit. While I do not offer refunds on any service, I will be happy to make any adjustments necessary if within the allotted time frame. Please note, adjustments are only available on the original hair goal and will not be performed complementary because of a "change of mind."
